Chō Chō (ちょうちょ) is the Japanese word for butterfly. A symbol of transformation, freedom, and grace. We curate luxury-look jewelry for every woman who is already rising, already becoming more. Not someday. Now. Most of our pieces are 316L stainless steel with real 14K or 18K PVD gold coating designed to last as long as your strength.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Our Brazil launch is coming May 2026 — join our email list to be the first to know.
Are the pieces adjustable?
Many rings and bracelets in our collection are available in standard sizes, and some are adjustable. Check each product page for details.
What's the difference between 14K and 18K PVD?
8K has a deeper, richer gold tone. 14K has a slightly lighter, more classic look. Both are real PVD coating and equally durable — it's purely a preference.
Can I wear it in water?
All pieces in our collection are water-resistant. Rain, sweat, and hand washing are fine. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine (pools) and saltwater (ocean), and keeping perfume or beauty products away from the jewelry.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Email us at sales@chochostore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. US orders ship within 2–3 business days and typically arrive in 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is it safe to shop on chochostore.com?
Yes. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your payment details.
Do you offer installment payments?
We offer Shop Pay Installments for eligible orders — split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments at checkout.
